Devision Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Devision! We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase, so we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Eligible Items

All items purchased on devisionwear.nl are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise noted. Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and have not been worn, washed, or altered.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@devisionwear.nl
2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Select the items you want to return and the reason for your return.
4. Print the return shipping label and attach it to your securely packaged return shipment.
5. Drop off your return package at your nearest PostNL location.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning your items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items and they have been inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
