If you find yourself in the need to return any Devision clothing, we want to ensure a smooth process for you. Remember, you have a 14-day window from the date of purchase to initiate the return process. Get in touch with us within this timeframe, and feel free to provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return. Our dedicated team will be more than happy to assist you and guide you through the return process.

Return Procedure for Devision Apparel:

Once your returned item is in our hands, we'll promptly send you an email to keep you in the loop about its status. This email will include information about the approval or rejection of your refund.

For approved returns, rest assured that we'll process the refund, and you can expect it to be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Shipping:

Kindly note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items, and these costs are non-refundable. If you're returning an item from outside The Netherlands, be sure to label the package as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. While we strive to make the process seamless, please understand that Devision Wear cannot be held responsible for any customs charges incurred or any lost packages during the return process.
